Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz had the pleasure of hosting its first ever exclusive Champagne Degustation Dinner at La Caverna Wine Bar on Saturday March 16th 2013.
The night was planned out to perfection, from the exquisite dishes by our Executive Sous Chef Daniel Debattista, to the highlight of the evening the well renowned, Louis Roederer Champagnes.
The evening kicked off at 19:00 when the charming and new Sommelier, Patrick Swaton welcomed our ten exclusive guests at La Caverna Wine Bar. For Patrick, this was his first event at the Hotel after he had just recently joined us with long years of experience from the Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin Germany. While guiding them to a total relaxed and chill out mood atmosphere, the guests were treated like royalty all throughout the evening with course after course of mouth watering creations and their companion of the night, the Louis Roederer Champagnes.
After the success of this first Degustation Dinner more events are already underway with theme nights hosted by wines such as the Bordeaux wines and German wines all prepared to entertain exclusively a limited number of guests every month at Kempinski Hotel San Lawrenz.
