Sra Bua by Juan Amador: New culinary highlights for the Rhine-Main region / A dialogue of cultures: Excellent Pan-Asian cuisine with European flair and Kempinski’s service culture / Milestone for the Kempinski Hotel Gravenbruch Frankfurt’s development
Frankfurt/Neu-Isenburg, April 25, 2013 – Exciting news for all gourmets in the Rhine-Main region: After intensive negotiations Stefan Schwind, the director of the Kempinski Hotel Gravenbruch Frankfurt, signed a cooperation agreement with three star chef Juan Amador. The highly distinguished chef will implement the Kempinski group’s exclusive Sra Bua restaurant concept for the luxury hotel just outside the city of Frankfurt. With Sra Bua by Juan Amador the Kempinski Hotel Gravenbruch Frankfurt is the second Kempinski property in Germany to set new benchmarks with this Asian-European crossover concept after the Hotel Adlon Kempinski Berlin with Sra Bua by Tim Raue. The opening of Sra Bua by Juan Amador is planned for December 2013.
“I am proud that we were able to win Juan Amador for our property. At long last we can offer the gourmets in the Rhine-Main region a restaurant where a three star chef is in charge of the concept,” announces hotel director Stefan Schwind proudly. He sees the new project as the high point of the hotel’s ongoing refurbishment measures. “This is also good news for our guests from all over the world: With Sra Bua by Juan Amador we will establish an innovative yet wellproven restaurant concept,” says Schwind.
