Kempinski Hotel Huizhou

The Kempinski Hotel Huizhou will feature a 450-room five star luxury hotel in one tower and a multi-storey office building with 30,000 sqm of office space in another tower, supported by a designer shopping mall in the base. The hotel will be perfectly suited for high-level conferences and business travel, as its facilities will include a full service business center, an 800 sqm ballroom and eight meeting rooms as well as a spacious spa and fitness centre to relax in. The hotel will also offer four restaurants including Kempinski's famous Paulaner Brauhaus, a successful microbrewery concept first launched in Beijing.

 

The Kempinski Hotel Huizhou is located in Huizhou's new industrial area near to the new city government. Huizhou, which has extensive trade links with nearby Hong Kong, is set in a natural deep water harbour. The city is one of China's fastest growing and its port is expected to handle up to 120 Mio tonnes of cargo in the near future. With several Fortune 500 companies investing in Huizhou, the city is already known as a world leader in the production of electronic goods and mobile phones.

Kempinski will open a hotel in Guiyang, the capital of Guizhou province in southwestern China. The Hotel will be located in the downtown city centre just 20 minutes from the airport.

The Kempinski Hotel Guiyang will feature 350 rooms with over 110,000 m2 of floor space. It will be located from the 29th floor up in a 56-storey skyscraper and will be the tallest in the city.

 

Extensive restaurant facilities will include the Café Berlin for all-day dining, a roof-top restaurant with cigar bar and lounge, a large Chinese restaurant with 30 private dining rooms, the popular Paulaner restaurant and beer garden, as well as an Executive lounge on the 53rd floor with commanding views over the city skyline. Banquet facilities will include two ballrooms of 100 m2 and 600 m2 as well as 10 meeting rooms. Included in the planning of the hotel is a 4,000 m2 spa and entertainment area. Leo International Design Group, who worked on another Kempinski property, the Emirates Palace Abu Dhabi, has been signed for the hotel's interior design.

The Kempinski Hotel Shanghai will be located in Puxi District, on the Hangpu River and across from the new Expo Area. Shanghai is a vibrant and cosmopolitan city, which is home to many major corporations. With its excellent cultural scene, Shanghai is one of China's modern hotspots.

 

The 180,000 m2 luxury complex includes a 620-room hotel, 39 serviced apartments and an office building with some 35,000 m2 of office space. The Kempinski Hotel Shanghai will also feature several restaurants, a German brewery, a 3,000 m2 Spa and extensive meeting and banquet facilities.

Xiamen is a coastal sub-provincial city in China's south-eastern Fujian province. It borders Quanzhou in the North and Zhangzhou in the South. Xiamen was recently voted China's cleanest city and its second most livable city.

The Kempinski Hotel Xiamen will be a 39-storey tower with 430 spacious guest rooms located from the 8th to the 23rd floor. The remaining 16 floors above the rooms will be offices with commanding views of the city. The hotel will offer a variety of dining options which will include a traditional Chinese restaurant, a specialty seafood restaurant, the Kempinski-famous Paulaner Brewery along with a spacious continental restaurant, Kempi Deli as well as the Lobby Lounge .The Hotel's facilities are set to include a spacious conference centre with a 1,000 sqm Grand Ballroom in addition to a 440 sqm Ballroom and various meeting rooms. The Hotel will also have one floor of the building dedicated to recreation and relaxation with a spa, swimming pool and state-of-the-art gym and fitness centre.

The Kempinski Hotel Chongqing will have 487 rooms and suites. It will aim to attract local, national and international travellers with extensive meeting and conference facilities, and a 24-hour business centre with translators on-call. The hotel will have a selection of fine dining and informal restaurants, offering Chinese, Western and Italian cuisine, as well as Kempinski's famed Paulaner Brauhaus micro-brewery. In addition, the hotel will have a luxurious spa and fitness area.


The Kempinski Hotel Chongqing will be a part of Chongqing's largest convention centre which is being built in the heart of the city. In addition Kempinski will also manage an office tower with 20,000 m2 space as well as 425 serviced apartments.

 

The city of Chongqing, situated at the confluence where the Jialing and Yangtze Rivers meet, is home to China's largest inland port and is the world's largest metropolitan area. One of China's original industrial powerhouses, the city has a thriving industry in high quality aluminum and steel. Chongqing Jiangbei International Airport is a 30 minute drive away and is served by many international and national airlines.

Tangula’s custom built trains will take guests on two distinctive routes through China, crossing wild grasslands, desert plains and vast plateaus. Departing from Beijing, the five-day/four night journey to Lhasa travels across the spectacular Tibetan plateau. The Beijing to Lijiang route also takes five-days/four nights and explores the inspiring landscapes of Guangxi and Yunnan provinces. Tangula trains leaving both Lhasa and Lijiang for Beijing will follow four-day/three night itineraries. On all routes, daily off-train excursions will introduce guests to local cuisine, ancient landmarks, and the indigenous people.

 

Each Tangula luxury train will accommodate up to 96 passengers in 48 well-appointed suites. Kempinski Residences Hongqiao is set in grounds covering 11,700 sqm. A total of 90 luxurious residences ranging in size from 1 to 3 bedrooms, plus a very limited number of 4- and 6-bedroom residences will be available for long term rental.   

 

The residences will be located in the Hongqiao business district, near Hongqiao Airport, Shanghai's domestic airport, and will be easily accessible to Pudong International Airport.
