"Die Küche" is a refuge for those who appreciate today´s luxuries while still cherishing things that are down-to-earth and homey.
For the menu, head chef Philipp Vogel drew inspiration from recipes from Austrian, Hungarian and German grandmothers, which he then prepares using only the best seasonal ingredients.
Part of this traditional approach is that the dishes and sides are not served on plates, but are instead set on the table in large pots or bowls, just like grandma did.
