The "Enoteca" has been an insider tip for a long while. Nowadays there is hardly a guest in St. Moritz that hasn't spent an evening at this fabulous restaurant. And if you read on the menu expressions like “St. Moritzer” or “Engadiner” – then these are the umbrella terms for the Alpentapas.
One course is composed by three small dishes. And so the evening ends up and you have tasted nine different dishes and if you like you can even try for every dish a different wine. Unexpected beautiful.
