St Petersburg, 7 October, 2013: Kempinski Hotel Moika 22 presents new apartments in suite categories.
The hotel’s collection of exquisite suites now features additional two-room apartments in the Executive Suite category and rooms in the Deluxe Suite category. Decorated with fine art and antique furniture, suites may be connected to form three-room apartments with two bedrooms.
New suites include classical European traditions of hospitality that convey luxury, impeccable service and cultural heritage. Interiors combine cobalt, grey, blue and light beige tones, reflected in luxurious patterns of custom-made wallpaper, curtains, bedspreads and furniture. Original artwork of masters from the past creates a refined and respectable atmosphere. Some of the many décor accents present in the new suites include, a French stand à la Louis XV, bookcase à la George III, Japanese glass art pieces and late 19th century English fruit lithography.
Wrought iron chandeliers in the new rooms enhance the historical essence of the aristocratic mansion that was built in 1853 and houses Kempinski Hotel Moika 22.
The new suites are rich in elegant details. Beds are decorated with Ralph Lauren bedspreads, and spacious bathrooms feature natural light that comes from big windows overlooking a quiet courtyard. Guests are greeted in a wide hallway that features a big vintage mirror and desk, and are treated to French Champagne, fresh fruit, biscuits and pralines handcrafted by a patisserie chef.
The new suites’ high-end style, art and comfort come together in harmony and ease. Even the rooms’ advanced technology features, such as 46-inch LCD TVs, are in tune with antique furnishings and fine art obtained at Christie’s auction. In addition, travellers are offered high- standard amenities including, high-speed Wi-Fi, phone line, mini-bar and 24-hour Room Service.
Two-room apartments in the Executive Suite category (86 square metres) feature large windows that overlook the hotel’s quiet courtyard. The bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed or two beds, with finest quality goose down pillows and duvets, spacious closets, writing desk, LCD TV and a mini-bar. The sitting area features a sofa, comfortable armchairs and a coffee table, and is located in the living room that includes a second LCD TV and grand dinner table with chairs. Large bathrooms are equipped with a bathtub and shower stall, heated bathroom floors, double sinks, bathrobes and fine bath amenities. Rooms also include a guest bathroom.
Deluxe Suite category rooms (64 square metres) feature one large room with the same décor and amenities as the new Executive Suites.
