During the meeting, the invited guests had the opportunity to taste five types of caviar of different origin presented by the caviar house Siberianov.
Original dishes made with caviar, and prepared by the hotel executive chef Christophe Laplaza, and the famous champagne Dom Perignon made a great combination and an exquisite treat for the connoisseurs of haute cuisine.
Using the highest quality caviar, Christophe created true masterpieces, implementing the experience gained in working in four Michelin-starred restaurants in France. These gourmet dishes created a harmonious duet with the unique Dom Pérignon Vintage 2003, a wine that after eight years of aging in the cellars has a deep, long-lasting and intense taste and aroma.
The bouquet of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2003 reveals an intense light floral softness and sandy minerality, with light hints of candied fruit, live plants and fresh flower leaf camphor, and, finally, the shadow of spices and liquorice root. Intensity is an outstanding feature of this wine, which can be considered equal to such legendary wines as Dom Pérignon Vintage 1947, 1959 and 1976.
