Kempinski Dessert of the Year 2014 - Siam Passion

The third edition of the Kempinski Dessert of the Year was crowned on March 6th 2014 at the Hotel Adlon Kempinski with the presence of 100 journalists and 20 GM's who all took part in a blind tasting.
This dessert represents what Kempinski stands for: "A collection of Individuals"

The inspiration came through the beauty of local Thai culture. The refreshing taste of the tropical fresh fruits is blended well with our traditional European dessert recipes.

The name “Siam Passion’’ was exclusively inspired by the delightful flavor of tropical fruits i.e. Coconut, Mango, Passion Fruit, Banana with a touch of European pastry style.
