Andy's Culinary Electronic Book - Recipes for Every Taste

“I love to convert cooking into a guest’s experience, and am eager to show how cooking delivers a story,” says our Executive Chef Andrey Stoilov.

Being of Bulgarian origin but having worked for different top hotel brands, Andy, as colleagues and clients know him, likes experimenting with food and presenting culinary fantasies rooted in the local traditions and enhanced by contemporary flavours and extraordinary atmosphere. Andy is a co-founder and member of the Executive Board of the Bulgarian Association of Professional Chefs and member of WACS. He holds numerous awards from world culinary competitions.

After joining the team of the Kempinski Sofia in May 2013, he has turned into a backstage artist, directing incomparable taste performances on various hotel occasions such as formal state events, unforgettable annual balls, elegant cocktail parties, brilliant weddings or get together evenings for refined customers.

Now the great culinary expert will open his magic book and teach us, in a series of posts throughout 2014, how to surprise our beloved people, friends or even business partners with delicious dishes, bringing new tastes, colours and life to the table.
