The GHA Discovery Programme is based on three levels of membership: Gold, Platinum and Black. These levels are based on the number of nights you stay in Global Hotel Alliance hotels. The more nights you spend with us, the more amazing the membership benefits and Local Experiences you will receive. According to your membership level you will receive the benefits mentioned below.

Gold Level        - Choice of newspaper
                         - Complimentary Internet access
                         - Complimentary water
                         - Membership preference profile

Guests who st ay 10 nights at any GHA hotel within a 12 month period will move to Platinum level.

Platinum level   - Gold Level benefits plus
                          - Late check-out until 3pm
                          - Guaranteed room availability 48 hours prior to arrival
                          - Upgrade to next room category
                          - Local amenity


Guests who stay 30 nights within a 12 month period at any GHA hotel will move to Black level.

 Black level       - Platinum benefits plus:
                          - Early check-in from 9am 
                          - Late check-out until 6pm
                          - Guaranteed room availability 24 hours prior to arrival
                          - Unique local brand benefit(s) -Choice of amenity
                          - Double upgrade at time of check in

Black tier members staying at Kempinski Hotels willreceive additionally the following benefits:

                           Complimentary transport to and from the airport by hotel bus (where available) or preferential rates on limousine transfers
                           Personalized check-in with recognized guest preferences
                           15% allowance on food and beverage in all restaurants owned or managed by Kempinski
                           20% allowance on laundry and dry cleaning service
