Chef San, as a senior Chinese chef, joined Kempinski team during the grand opening of Grand Kempinski Hotel Shanghai in 2013.
He has rich work experience in Chinese cuisine. He developed his skills over the years in many hotels and restaurants and the passion for highest quality in his cooking.
During his work in Huating Hotel Shanghai and Ritz-Carlton Hotel Shanghai, he always observed from customers’ preference and learned assorted food styles like traditional European style or modern style. He loves to mingle with his guests after every service and listens to what they have to say.
Now, Chef San creates innovative Chinese dishes based on traditional style to make the customers fully aware of our Chef’s sincerity and perception of excellent Chinese food.Back
