The resort consists of six main buildings, within which are 302 rooms and 72 suites. Savour quiet moments in the elegantly-appointed rooms or take in the fresh breeze from the South China Sea on the walk-out balcony. Simply take it slow and celebrate with a glass of champagne in an outdoor bathtub with panoramic views of either the resort garden and the Qing Dynasty pagoda or the sweeping ocean. The outdoor bathtub is standard in all rooms and suites, perfect for two persons and unique only to Kempinski Haitang Bay Sanya. All rooms and suites also come with exquisite Chinese-style furnishings.
Rooms start from a spacious 65 sqm (700 sq ft). There are two categories – Deluxe Garden View and Deluxe Ocean View, both of which offer king bed and twin bed configurations.
Suites start from a generous 81 sqm (871 sq ft) and come as large as 118 sqm (1,270 sq ft) for rooftop Duplex suites. The two smaller suites are the Junior Suite and the Deluxe suite.
