Kempinski Hotel Haitang Bay Sanya appoints new Director of Sales and Marketing

Jack Widagdo was recently appointed as the Director of Sales & Marketing of Kempinski Hotel Haitang Bay Sanya, China 1st Kempinski resort.

2 April, 2013, Sanya – Jack Widagdo was recently appointed as the Director of Sales & Marketing of Kempinski Hotel Haitang Bay Sanya, China 1st Kempinski resort.

Jack comes with 14 years of experience in a range of roles within the luxury hotel industry that spanned 4 countries. Prior to his arrival, the Indonesian national was with the Four Seasons in Thailand, the Capella Hotel Group both in Singapore and Bali (under the AYANA Resort and Spa) and the Signature Resorts of Voyages Hotel Group in Australia.

Jack said he is honored by the opportunity to join the Kempinski brand. “For a new player in Haitang Bay Sanya, Kempinski has won over various hotel awards in the short time the hotel was soft-opened, from Golfers’ Choice New Hotel, Golden Pillow to Best Design and Best Wedding Hotel for 2012 and 2013. The luxurious beach resort is unique in many ways – the grand-est hotel ballroom on the (Hainan) island, the 4000 sqm seaside lawn as a prime wedding location, residential-styled pool villas, rare Wood Art Museum and dragon boat  ride on 1.2km long sea-water river, just to name a few.”
