Find out Kempinski The Spa terms& conditions of reservation, cancellation, delay and check in. (Temporary close from July to September, 2014)

An advance booking prior to your arrival is recommended to secure your preferred date and time of the treatment. A 50% deposit is required for an effective reservation. A 24hrs cancellation, delay or change notice is required to reschedule your appointment. Any cancellation in less than 24 hour's notice, will be incur a 50% penalty charge.

Please check in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, the treatment time may have to be reduced depending on availability. We appreciate your understanding.


Our spa consultants will be glad to advise you the treatment which may best suit your needs. In order to make an appropriate recommendation, please help us complete our consultation form.

Health consideration

Smoking and drinking of alcohol within the spa is prohibited. Guests who have high blood pressure, heart disease, some physical pains or any other medical are advised to consult their doctors before any spa treatment. Please inform us prior to your treatment.

Payment and refund policy

We accept cash and all major credit cards. Gift certificates and spa memberships are non-refundable.

Private issues

Comfortable robes, disposable underwear and slippers are provided for your use during the journey. Valuable items are advised to be left at home as we cannot be reponsible for any loss or damages.


The spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation for all guests. It is our mission to ensure that you as well as our other guests reap the benefits of this peacefulness. Kindly refrain from using cell phone when in the spa.
