Terms & Conditions
- For advanced reservations of your appointments prior to your arrival a deposit of 50% of the booked treatments is required for an effective reservation.
- A 24hrs cancellation, delay or change notice is required to re-schedule your appointment. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours´ notice will incur a 50% penalty charge.
- Please be punctual for your appointment and arrive 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. The treatment time may have to be reduced accordingly depending on availability. We appreciate your understanding.
- Our Spa Therapists will be glad to advise you the treatment, which may best suit your needs. In order to make an appropriate recommendation, please help us to complete our consultation form.
- Smoking and drinking of alcohol within the spa are prohibited. Guests with high blood pressure, heart disease, some physical pains or any other medical are advised to consult their doctors before any spa treatment. Please inform us prior your treatment.
Payment and Refund Policy
The spa treatments and purchase of any Spa products may be charged to your room account, and settled upon departure by cash or by credit card. Gift Certificates and vouchers/ coupons of booked Spa packages are non-refundable.
Spa – Etiquette
- Comfortable robes, disposable underwear and slippers are provided for your use during your journey. We advise to leave valuable items in your in-room safety deposit box provided in your room, as we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damages.
- The Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation for all our guests. It is our mission to ensure that you as well as our other guests benefit from this peacefulness.
- As the use of mobile phones is not permitted in the Spa, we will be happy to safeguard your mobile phone (on flight mode) at the Spa reception during your stay at the Spa.
