Fleur de Sel is the crème de la crème of sea salts, and Portoroz is justly famous for its salts. Today, Fleur de Sel is making a name for itself for its fusion of wonderful food and a laid-back lifestyle.
Fusion is at the heart of Fleur de Sel - from the Italians, we learned how to make perfect pasta; from the Austrians, we learned all about meat. The Mediterranean is our treasure trove. Fleur de Sel is all about a resort lifestyle – laid-back, casual and friendly. After a lazy morning by the pool, come for lunch and try our Slovene ham with salad of cantaloupe melon and zucchini, or try the grilled black tiger prawns with guacamole, marinated pineapple, spicy chutney and gazpacho. Delicious!
In the evenings our martini cocktails go down perfectly with the sunset over the Adriatic.
