On the terrace of the Sophia restaurant there is fine dining under a clear sky with the Bay of Piran and the Adriatic Sea spread out before you.
Keep it light and simple, with our Insalata Pirinaca – Thyme-Yoghurt marinated herb salad & Pomelo Ravioli, Green Asparagus & Paprika bread, Cucumber & Balsamic Raspberries
Or, if the Fitness Centre has worked up an appetite in you, there is Filetto di Manzo & Capesante – Fillet of Black Angus & Scallop with Olivewood-smoked Foie Gras, Truffle & Princess bean, Piment d’espelette & English celery
A bottle of New World wine, and it’s an evening made in heaven.

Terrace of the Fleur de Sel restaurant
If you have ever enjoyed a lunch outside in the open air with an Italian family then you will understand what it is like to eat outside at the Fleur de Sel – food of the gods, wine aplenty and the most animated conversation where it seems as if everybody is talking at once!
At the Fleur du Sel the atmosphere is Italian, the hospitality is Slovenian and the food is divine; somebody in your party won’t be able to resist the Strozzapreti pasta with grilled red scorpion fish, Taggiasca olives and herb oil…

from 9 am to 12 pm.
