Ahmed Sadek learnt the art of cooking from scratch and honed his knowledge of Oriental cuisine whilst working in Cairo, Abu Dhabi and Sharm El Sheikh. As a tutor at Berlin’s ‘Kochmal’ cooking school his motto is: “Every dish needs to look appealing. It does not need to be complicated but it has to be refined.”
