From the beginning of the merry month of May till the summer months, we surprise you with creative specialties - prepared with local products of Bavaria. We begin our culinary summer trip with the finest vegetables the garden has to offer - the asparagus season is here! You can expect soft boiled asparagus with the most popular supplements such as schnitzel, salmon and new potatoes.
From late June until late July we will have Mediterranean flair in our kitchen. According to the motto "Bavaria meets Mediterranean" we spoil you with specialties like bouillabaisse of native fish. In August, we will present the best dishes with mushrooms, chanterelles, porcini mushrooms & co.
