From the last summer days in September until the end of the year in December, we will accompany you with seasonal highlights - prepared with regional products from our beautiful Bavarian homeland. November is the month of terrines and braised dishes. This is why duckterrine, steer-tail and cabbageroullade become the culinary stars of the day. In December we finish of the year in a classic way with chestnut-soup, duck from the oven and gingerbread mousse.
