From late June until late July we will have Mediterranean flair in our kitchen. According to the motto "Bavaria meets Mediterranean" we spoil you with specialties like bouillabaisse of native fish. In August, we will present the best dishes with mushrooms, chanterelles, porcini mushrooms & co.
From the last summer days in September until the end of the year in December, we will accompany you with seasonal highlights - prepared with regional products from our beautiful Bavarian homeland. The culinary journey begins in September with different delicacies from the most famous folk festival worldwide – the Oktoberfest: However, this time reinterpreted with deer meatballs, crispy beef-ribs or roasted trout. And with this, we obviously serve you a fresh Bavarian beer. In October we continue with specialties all around pumpkin and game. A classic such as pumpkin-foam-soup cannot be missed. November is the month of terrines and braised dishes. This is why duckterrine, steer-tail and cabbageroullade become the culinary stars of the day. In December we finish of the year in a classic way with chestnut-soup, duck from the oven and gingerbread mousse.
