“Siam Passion” created by Pastry Chef Alfred Merkel, Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok - now also available at our restaurant charles lindbergh

For the Kempinski Dessert of the Year 2014 Alfred Merkel was inspired by the beauty of Thai culture especially by the fruits, vegetables and Thai dessert at the daily fresh market. As various tropical fruits, such as coconut, mango, passion fruit and banana were mixed with the traditional European dessert recipes, he called the Dessert "Siam Passion".
