Mosaik

“Mosaik” all day dining is the main restaurant featuring open kitchen serving grilled meat and fish based on spices and recipes from the “Saffron-Cinnamon” trail stamped with Mediterranean, Oriental cuisine, Persian influence, Ottoman history and Berber traditions. Russian cuisine will be presented by famous Beef Stroganoff and Chicken Kiev as well as gastronomis masterpieces taken from beginning of the century cooking books.
