Currently we are looking for:
SOMMELIER to join our Wine-Spectator Award winning Wine Program. We search for a professional with passion for wine and the highest levels of wine service, willing to create a fantastic wine experience for our guests. As Sommelier you will be expected to assist and learn from Head Sommelier all work aspects: wine knowledge, practical skills, guest relations, wine pairing, re-order & outlet stocks, complaint handling, participation in events, cooperation with other hotel departments, becoming a wine professional.
Our extensive Wine-Program is designed for wine lovers & experts, Moscow visitors, Hotel guests and Moscovites. The Wine List boasts a selection of 420 wines from 15 countries with strengths & depths in Champagne, Bordeaux, White & Red Burgundy sections. We created a fine tradition of gourmet dinners with iconic winemakers. Moreover, first time ever in Russia our guests are spoiled with exclusive Louis Roederer Magnum Champagne served for Brunch every Sunday at our Hotel. Simply because "Size Does Matter".
