Kempinski's Dessert of the Year

Among 66 desserts, the “Siam Passion” has been selected as the Kempinski Dessert of the Year. The delicious treat was created by Alfred Merkel, Pastry Chef at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok and it is inspired by the beauty of the local Thai culture and the chef’s passion for tropical fruit. It combines passion fruit, coconut, mango and banana.
