Among 66 desserts, the “Siam Passion” has been selected as the Kempinski Dessert of the Year 2014. The delicious treat was created by Alfred Merkel, Pastry Chef at Siam Kempinski Hotel Bangkok and it is inspired by the beauty of the local Thai culture and the chef’s passion for tropical fruits. It combines passion fruit, coconut, mango and banana.
