The general management of Le Mirador Kempinski, represented by Jean-Marc Boutilly, announced the temporary closure of the Michelin starred restaurant, Le Trianon from 1 May to begin a comprehensive renovation programme.
In order to offer guests a place where comfort and modernity are paramount and to reach the highest level of quality, Le Mirador Kempinski will begin retrofit works that will last for approximately six months in the historic building of the hotel including the gastronomic restaurant and the lounge bar.
The main goal of the renovation plan is to emphasise and to open up the restaurant to the outside panorama and to put a focus on the view between “lake and mountain”.
The general management guarantees that even if the décor changes, the spirit of Le Trianon will remain the same: a spirit made of passion, know-how, excellence and sharing.
Le Mirador Kempinski will stay open during this period and will continue to offer services in its other restaurants: Le Patio where Chef Andrea Sangiuliano brings the flavours of the different regions of his childhood by offering classic Italian cuisine and Au Chalet where Chef Philippe Bouteille offers a selection of traditional Swiss dishes in the spirit of conviviality where local products are emphasised.
Regular guests will discover the refined, warming and renewed ambiance of Le Trianon in December 2014, in time for the festive season.
