With the recent arrival of the two new chefs, the Le Mirador Kempinski Lake Geneva kitchen takes on new glamour.
The experienced executive chef Fabrice Taulier, frequently accorded honors for his work, has taken on the overall responsibility for the gastronomy of the house, and he could win the far travelled, well proven Fabien Beaufour as chef for the gourmet restaurant Le Trianon.
Before assuming the aegis in the Mirador kitchen, Fabrice Taulier had worked in the Grand Hotel du Lac in Vevey since 2006. Before that he gained experience in various famous restaurants such as Joel Robuchon, Jamin in Paris or La Dordogne in London. For Fabrice Taulier his profession is his passion. His guests shall be able to feel and enjoy his enthusiasm for innovation and the outstanding quality of the ingredients on their plates.
He intends to impart his inexhaustible zest also to his co-workers in the four restaurants Le Trianon, Le Chalet, Le Patio and Horizon.
With Fabien Beaufour, the restaurant Le Trianon, awarded with one Michelin star, obtains a young, creative and cosmopolitan chef. Originating from Grenoble, Beaufour perfected the “haute école” of contemporary fine dining among other places in the kitchens of the La Maison Pic and La Pyramide in France, L’Orangerie in Los Angeles as well as Le Cirque and Eleven Madison Park in New York. Now the ambitious Beaufour wants to share his knowledge and his creativity in the restaurant Le Trianon.
