Improvements & Renovations - We wish to inform our clients that during the period of late November a number of renovations will take place at the hotel. We endeavour to proceed with these changes causing minimum distribution to our guests. We also wish to inform you that the third pool at the Kempinski Hotel Bahía will be shut from the 23rd of November until the 7th of December for cleaning. This will not affect our outdoor heated pool, which is pool number one and guests are welcome to use the indoor heated pool at the spa as well. We apologies in advance for any inconvenience caused and wish all guests a pleasant stay.

Internet - Because we know how important it is to stay in touch, all public areas and meeting rooms at the Kempinski Hotel Bahia have free Wi-Fi internet access. What's more, rooms and suites come with Wi-Fi and high-speed internet access. A surcharge applies to the use of premium internet, although GHA Discovery members enjoy faster internet as standard.
Pet Policy - As of the 1st of January 2015 Kempinski Hotel Bahía does not accept pets on the premises, including all public areas, restaurants and gardens except for working medical and guide dogs. Should you have a reservation made prior to the 1st of October 2014 and you are travelling with a pet please note we only accept pets under 4kilos with a 20€ per day supplement per pet.
Kempinski Kids Club - Children enjoy hours of entertainment with all the fun of the Kempinski Kids Club. Relax by the pool while the kids paint, bake and explore the hotel gardens.
