On 3 June, the hotel’s courtyard will be transformed with Union Jacks, bunting and a grand marquee to set the tone for a lively afternoon. Revellers can watch the day’s event, The Thames Diamond Jubilee Pageant, on a dedicated viewing screen while indulging in a menu carefully crafted to showcase Britain’s best ingredients by Executive Chef Brendan Fyldes.
