Our 380-year-old Wine Cellars are the ideal setting for entertaining your guests and challenging their taste buds with some of the finest wines from around the world. Make the ‘wine tasting’ the main event of the evening or before your meal as an aperitif.
Gino Nardella, our Master Sommelier (one of only 197 in the world) hosts the wine tastings and can make them as formal or as informal as you like and the tasting can be themed or tasted blind to add a competitive aspect to your evening!
Our Executive Chef has created an exquisite selection of seasonal menus which are complimented by our hand picked collection of over 350 wines and you will find our attentive service second to none.
