American expatriate artist John Singer Sargent is best known for his glamorous society portraits. Now, for the first time in Britain, Sargent and the Sea will present more than 80 paintings, drawings and watercolours that reveal a less familiar side of the artist: the seascapes and coastal scenes subjects produced in his early career during summer journeys from Paris to Brittany, Normandy and Capri, as well as two transatlantic voyages.
Enjoy this must see exhibition with two complimentary tickets, a overnight stay in a King Bedded Room at The Stafford including English breakfast and full afternoon tea for two.
Offer is subject to availablity and terms and conditions apply.
Valid from 10th July until 26th September 2010
