Frank Heppner has acquired extensive experience from
his travels through Asia. For the Sra Bua concept, he combines Far Eastern techniques with local and regional products and mixed spices. The mixture makes for aroma-intense dishes, such as "Warm vitello from bio veal, roasted scallops with apricot-ginger mayonnaise" and "Green curry from Tyrolean lamb".
