We serve a "Tyrolean fondue" in heavy cast iron pots. For an ultimate sensation of taste, we offer this winter an alternative to our dining options. In our private dining rooms diners can enjoy Fondue Chinoise and try some different and outstanding flavours.
Traditionally, the food is cooked in a very rich broth with noodles, shitake mushrooms and a selection of meat (beef filet, hip calf, lamb, etc.), shrimp or mixed vegetables and potatoes. Appetisers are served, as well as an extensive selection of fine salads and dips.
Please order the traditional fondue at least 24 hours in advance so we can prepare the best possible experience for you.
Price: EUR 60 or EUR 15 additional charges on half board.
Classic Cheese Fondue: EUR 55 per person or EUR 10 additional charges on half board.
