About Kitzbühel

Carve turning. Snowboarding. Ice skating. Tobogganing. Ice climbing. Test the limits at the Streif, Hahnenkamm and Mausefalle. In winter Das Tirol couldn’t be better located as it offers direct access to the Kirchberg ski area stretching over 170 kilometres – it’s the only one in the region. Until spring the slopes up to down in the valley are thickly covered with snow – for everyone from beginners to experts, from slope users to freestylers, and from quiet aficionados to daredevils. In summer it doesn’t get boring either in the Kitzbühel Alps. The village has established itself as a location for major international events. The who’s who of high society from all walks of life come here all year round.
