Yoga - Pilates - Water aerobics: everything “in flow” at the Kempinski Hotel Adriatic in Croatia

Active summer at the luxurious seaside Golf & Spa Resort: yoga, pilates and aqua aerobics are on the agenda at the Kempinski Hotel Adriatic, situated in the middle of an unspoiled natural oasis in one of the most suggestive spots of the Adriatic coast.

Savudrija, July 11, 2012 - In the fragrant Mediterranean gardens surrounding the hotel, an experienced Yoga master offers moments of complete relaxation during Vinyasa yoga classes, in order to herald the day with a newly found internal equilibrium. In this so called flow yoga the movement is synchronized to the breath, smoothly and slowly, like a harmonized dance.

The techniques of the famous German physician Joseph Pilates, invented in the 1920s in the States as a revolutionary systematic physical exercise method, know today worldwide as pilates, has been introduced this summer at the Kempinski Hotel Adriatic. A specialized personal trainer is in charge of strengthening the guests’ muscles and of reminding them how good does it feel to be fit again. Also perfect for the body, as well extremely comfortable in the warm summer months: aqua aerobics, available three times per week in the large outdoor pool of the hotel, is one of the most appreciated activities by the hotel’s guests.

However, yoga, pilates and water sports are not the only novelties enriching the offer of this luxurious getaway resort. Those who prefer the “sweet idleness” can indulge themselves in a unique Thai massage performed by a lovely Thai masseuse in a romantic gazebo situated directly on the idyllic private pebble beach of the hotel. In the pleasant shade, with the wind caressing gently the skin, the stressed muscles are treated with scented oil.

After a soothing massage, the perfect next stop is the amiable Beach Chill-Out Bar, the best spot ever to enjoy breathtaking warmly colored evening sky and the unique view over three different countries: Croatia, Slovenia and Italy, followed by a refreshing cool drink. And last but not least, the Kempi Kids Club prepared a bunch of funny and exciting activities for the children, available on daily basis.

But at the Kempinski Hotel Adriatic not only the guests will be pampered - their cars also will be given a first class shiny touch. Namely, the hotel offers a deluxe car wash service.

The summer holidays on the Adriatic coast are now even more appealing with the 7=6 offer by Kempinski Hotel Adriatic – stay 7 nights at a price of 6! This appealing offer is valid for stays from July 1 - August 31, 2012 and includes a gourmet breakfast served until 11 am at Dijana Restaurant overlooking the Adriatic Sea, Wi-Fi Internet, entrance to the 3000 sq m Carolea Spa including the use of the saunas, the Roman bath, the relaxation area, the Kneipp walk and Kneipp bench, the outside and inside swimming pools, the private beach and the modern fitness center.
