Aslı Değer Sezgin, Güzide Güzin Sezgin and Dimitris Nalbantis, all of whom currently reside in Komotini, will be featured in the ‘Bosphorus’ exhibit, which is dedicated to Turkish-Greek friendship. The artists have already been featured in many other cities; they have been inspired by Istanbul’s history and culture and reflected that inspiration in their work. Aslı Değer Sezgin paints on fabric, Güzide Güzin Sezgin uses acrylics to depict her Chinese motifs and Dimitris Nalbantis uses acrylics in his works inspired by Istanbul etchings. The exhibit, which will take place on the entrance floor of the Palace, can be seen from 17 February to 23 March 2010, for free, at all hours. For more information please call 0212 326 46 46.
