For a day, non-resident guests can enjoy our wellness and fitness facilities with a wide range of luxury spa treatments on offer at the Resense Spa, turning an ordinary day into an extraordinary experience. Hit the fitness centre with top-of-the-line cardio and strength equipment to burn off calories, swim laps in our infinity pool, test the limits of your stamina on our outdoor tennis court or enjoy relaxing days at the sauna, whirlpool or spa – the possibilities are endless.

Daily Pass:

Gym: GHS 250 for adults

Tennis: GHS 100 per hour | GHS 200 per hour with a tennis coach

Pool: GHS 500 for adults (16+)

Opening Hours:

The pool is open daily from 6:00 to 18:00.
The gym and fitness studio are open daily from 6:00 to 22:00.
Our spa is open daily from 8:00 to 20:00.
Our tennis court is open daily from 6:00 to 20:00.

The minimum age for spa treatments, use of the wet areas and the Fitness Centre is 16 years. Children under 16 may use the swimming pool and relaxation area if accompanied by an adult.

A towel will be provided with every pool day pass and guests can make use of our private changing rooms.
