Take your time to enjoy a lazy-day starter. The ÉS Bisztró buffet breakfast reimagines morning menus with a daily special energy shot created from a fruit, a vegetable and a herb. The buffet offers plenty of items, including freshly cut fruits, homemade jams and chocolate, rooftop-grown herbs, freshly baked pastries served by the chef patissier, and dishes made from local ingredients. Locally sourced and produced, certified artisan cold cuts and cheeses aside, the selection is especially strong on fish with smoked varieties on the table. The Hungarian speciality "lecsó", made from egg, tomatoes and bell pepper, is a must-have, and there are vegetarian, gluten-free and lactose-free choices. Speciality coffees, signature teas and a juice bar round up this breakfast galore.  

For special dietary requirements, we serve Serfőző Bakery’s own gluten-free, biodynamic bread made of whole-grain rice flour, buckwheat, millet and sweet potatoes for a deliciously complex flavour.
