Rules of conduct and recommendations for a relaxing spa experience at Kempinski Hotel Adriatic.
Spa Etiquette
- The spa surroundings are quiet and tranquil and invite you for relaxation. Therefore, we ask our guests to refrain from carrying mobile phones, cameras and other technical equipment inside the spa area.
- Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited in the spa area.
- The wet zone is not separated for males and females and therefore respected guests are kindly asked to be covered in a towel in the public area of the spa and to sit on it in the saunas and steam baths.
- In order to book the most suitable appointment for you for the treatment, we advise that you make you reservation one day earlier, directly online, via email, phone or in person.
- We advise that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the beginning of your treatment. You will then have enough time to prepare yourself for the treatment without rushing and fill in a questionnaire about your health.
- For your own comfort, we advise that you arrive for your treatment in the hotel robe and slippers. Disposable underwear and towels will be provided to you for the duration of the treatment.
- Entrance to the spa and fitness area is available for guests over 16 years.
- Cancelling a treatment less than eight hours prior to the appointment or not showing for the scheduled treatment is subject to a charge of 100% of the treatment price. In case of an unforeseen situation and if you are more than 15 minutes late for the booked treatment, we may no longer be able to offer you the service. A treatment always finishes at a specified time so delays do not affect other guests. However, the treatment will still be charged at full price. We kindly ask that you pay attention to the booked appointment.
- Even though lockers for clothes are at your disposal, we still advise that you store your valuables and jewellery in your room safe.
- Gift vouchers can be purchased online or at reception.
- All prices are in Euro (EUR). Prices do not include 5% service charge.
