Hamburg's famous fish market inspired the Atlantic Chef Oliver Pfahler to create this Sunday's "fish market brunch". Start with a glass of sparkling wine at noon in our hotel lobby and then enjoy a staggering brunch buffet, the fascinating views of lake Alster and a pianist, playingjazz and swing melodies.
EUR 43 per person, including a glass of sparkling wine and a large variety of coffee and tea specialities. Children from 6 to 12 years pay only half price.
