Thomas Wilken new Chef Cuisine

Thomas Wilken is the new Chef de Cuisine of the Hotel Atlantic. The 33 year-old Wilken, born in Hamburg, has taken over the responsibility for the Atlantic gastronomy on the 15^th of August.
