Daily Delegate Package
We propose our daily delegate rate which includes the following services:
- Rental of the conference room
- Basic equipment in the room (place mat, paper, pencil, 1 x flipchart)
- LCD Projector and screen
- Mineral waters during the conference
- Morning coffee break with coffee, tea, fruit juices and pastries
- Business lunch: Light buffet or three course menu or theme Buffet, water and coffee
- Afternoon coffee break with coffee, tea, fruit juices,mini pastries and fresh fruit skewers

½ Day Delegate Package
We propose our daily delegate rate which includes the following services:

These packages are valid for a minimum of 20 guests.
Under 20 participants confirmed, a room rental fee will be applied in supplement.
