OPENING HOURS INFORMATION

We hereby wish to advise you that, in view of renovation works in the rear wing of the Grand Hotel Kempinski Geneva Complex, we have adjusted our SPA treatment opening hours from 14 May through 30 September, as follows:

From Monday to Friday, from 4pm to 10pm (last treatment at 9pm)

Saturday & Sunday, normal opening hours (10am to 8pm)

However, the Reception will be open 7/7 from 11am to make your appointments.We count on your kind understanding of these temporary arrangements, as our ultimate goal is to safeguard your comfort and well-being whilst we pamper you.

SPA TREATMENTS

Please be at the Spa 15 minutes before the time of your appointment.

Please understand that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatment... We recommend that our male customers having reserved a facial treatment shave about an hour before their appointment to ensure the best quality of treatment. Accessories (bathrobe, towels,tongs ...) will be provided. The Spa and Fitness Center are not accessible to anyone under 18 years of age.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

An ideal gift for spa enthusiasts, gift certificates are available at "Le Spa" of the Grand Hotel Kempinski Geneva.

SPA PACKAGE

Information on special spa packages or group programs can be obtained by contacting Le Spa reception at +41 (0)22 908 9444.

HEALTH CONDITIONS

Please advise us of any health conditions (allergies or injuries…) which could affect your service when making your spa reservation.

PREGNANCY

Please allow the Spa reception to guide you in selecting which treatments are most suitable for you during this special time.

LOSS OR DAMAGE

We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables locked in your locker during your visit. To protect your clothing, we also ask that you wear the robe provided.

ACCIDENTS OR INJURIES

Le Spa will not be liable for any accident or injury by a member or guest.

RESTRICTIONS ON THE USE OF FACILITIES

The use of tobacco is strictly prohibited. To respect the tranquility of everyone, you are kindly requested not to use your mobile phone. Proper attire must be worn while exercising. Sports shoes are required in the fitness center.

SPA BOUTIQUE

To continue your spa regimen at home, all spa products used in the treatments and services are available in our Spa Boutique.

REFUND POLICY

Unopened retail products can be exchanged within 5 days of purchase, if presented with the original receipt. Credit card refunds will be processed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Any Spa Treatment cancellation or modification in the time schedule not made minimun 24 hours in advance will not give rise to any rembursement of the treatment reserved.

MASSAGES

Our massages are neither medical nor paramedical. All of them are well-being, aesthetic and non-therapeutic care treatments. The term «massage» may also be used to express body modelling using different and varied techniques by masseurs trained in authorized centers or by beauticians.
