26 machines with TGS keys are available at the fitness centre. Personalized programs will be tailor-made and adapted to match your physical condition and your objectives. Don’t miss the Kinesis One machine for a full body workout and the completion of your program.
Group courses and private coaching
Yoga, stretching, pilates, bodysculpt or aqua gym courses are available on a weekly basis. To kick-start your fitness to the next level, personal follow-up on your progress during the group courses, as well as private coaching sessions, are available. Private coaching packages are available for external clients (special prices for members).
Personal Training:
- 10 private courses = 1 additional private course for free. To be used within 3 months
- 20 private courses = 2 additional private courses for free + 1 hour massage at the Spa. To be used within 5 months
- 30 private courses = 3 additional private courses for free + 2 hours massage at the Spa. To be used within 7 months

After 16 years in the Swiss National Team of Bobsleigh with a real champion’s background, bronze medal Olympic Games Turin 2006, Double World Champion St-Moritz and Lake Placide 2007 and 2009, five times Winner of the World Cup, Cédric Grand has retired from the competition and has chosen the private coaching.
A keen deep-sea diver for more than 10 years and a skilled sports leader, this sports-addict already has a highly professional education approach.
