Discover the hottest sport of the moment, aquabiking. With aquabiking you can benefit from 3 different work-outs in 1. You will become lean and toned just like with cycling but at the same time you will eliminate cellulite more efficiently than using hydromassaging. It’s all about time!
Now, let’s be clear… you don’t have to be a professional cyclist to enjoy aquabiking, in fact, you don’t even have to know how to ride a bike. With the use of a stationary bike submerged in a pool, all you need to do is pedal in the water. During a 45 minute session, pedal forward, backward, switch paces, all this while experiencing water resistance, which makes aquabiking more of a work-out than traditional biking!
What are the benefits?

You are welcome to join the group classes every Monday from 12.30pm to 1.15pm and on Wednesdays from 7.00pm to 7.45pm. The number of participants is limited to 9 people per session.
