Whatever the goals of one’s individual programme are, from strengthening the cardiovascular system to improving tone and from achieving greater body flexibility to bettering muscle elasticity, guests can utilise cardio equipment, treadmills, exercise bicycles, step-simulators, dumbbells or rowing machines to reach their fitness goals.
