Endurance and strength training with state-of-the-art equipment by Technogym. Fitness and condition checks by personal trainers round off the package and prepare a personal training schedule for cardiovascular or strength training.

Luxury Spa

The Finnish sauna or the "Bio-Sauna" (low temperature of about 60 degree) with relaxation area grant recreation and regeneration after the workout. For wellness members and hotel guests, the use of the fitness area and the saunas of the ASCARA SPA is included.
