Frankfurt's local dish and local specialty "Green Sauce"

These are the requirements for the new Signature Dish which will be served at the restaurants Torschänke and Der Esstisch at the Kempinski Hotel Frankfurt Gravenbruch as of now

This culinary trademark is part of a new gastronomic idea which will be implemented at all Kempinski properties world-wide. Executive chef Sebastian Reiff chose the traditional Frankfurt Green Sauce with a poached and then baked egg – a local specialty Frankfurt cannot be imagined without.
