Nothing is more boring for kids than to sit at one table with their parents for hours. That’s why the Kempinski Hotel Gravenbruch came up with something special: “Exploretainment”!
That means thrilling workshops for kids from 4 to 10 years, which take place in cooperation with “Science-Lab” during the Brunch-BBQ on Sundays.
The first topics which will support the little ones to playfully understand the world are: water, mountains, valleys and volcanos, crawlers, sounds, colors and electricity.
The Brunch- BBQ in the beer garden “Schoppenhof” of the Kempinski Hotel Gravenbruch Frankfurt has been enriched by one attraction: While parents enjoy the large variety of brunch-snacks and juicy barbecue delicacies, kids can enjoy themselves at the “Exploretainment” program. The Hotel offers thrilling workshops each Sunday from 12.30 pm to 14.30 pm in cooperation with the educational establishment “Science-Lab” – a unique project in Hesse. Kids from age 4 to 10 are welcome to participate. Groups consist of a maximum of 8 kids who are being directed by experienced educationists – in case of a higher demand groups will be split age-based.
For the upcoming Sundays the following topics are planned: On June 13 everything centers around the topic “water”. June 20 focuses on “Mountains, Valleys and Volcanos". On June 27 “Crawlers” will be in the center of attention whereas the topic of July 4 is “Sounds”. “Colors and Electricity” will be the issue on July 11.
Whenever the weather conditions are favorable and can be combined with the topic, the workshops will be held outside. Additionally the Kempinski Hotel Gravenbruch Frankfurt provides one suite in case of rain. The offer for children is free of charge. Children up to 6 years are also invited to participate at the Brunch- BBQ complimentary - children from 7 – 12 are granted a 50% discount on the regular price.
