The Kempinski Hotel Gravenbruch Frankfurt looks back at a history exceeding 400 years. In 1586 an estate was build right in this place. At the age of baroque, a hunting mansion was added and in the end of the 19th century changed into the restaurant “Forsthaus Gravenbruch”, which became a popular destination of the Frankfurt aristocracy. The years came by and after reconstructions and annexes the present luxury hotel occurred.
Nowadays the hotel is for over 30 years under direction of Kempinski SA. Rooms and Suites - Elaborate refurbished Most of the 262 Rooms and 22 Suites are elaborate refurbished and all of them have a marvellous view on the hotel-owned lake or the beautiful parkland. Designer furniture and new equipped bathrooms welcome you to stay. But all in all the constructor remained true to the country manor style and invented an exciting fusion of tradition and modernity. The size of the suites vary between 66 and 118m². The largest one, the President Suite, has 2 spacious rooms, a well sorted library and a balcony with a fantastic view on the lake.

We welcome our guests in three restaurants. Discover the all around glazed “Forsthaus Restaurant” providing a breathtaking view on the spacious park area. Offering a blend of international cuisine with traditional influences. Selected wine welcome you within an exceptionally warm and inviting ambience. The L’Olivo invites you to a casual atmosphere, presenting an excellent restaurant that offers both exceptional Mediterranean specialities and grilled delicacies like fillet of beef or loup de mer. Situated in a historical building the “Torschänke” offers regional, fresh and ambitious cuisine in a both rustic and cosy atmosphere. Traditional dishes impart a sense of German hospitality. With clanking cold outside there is no better place to relax than the elegant but comfortable sitting area in front of the great fireplace. The light-flooded wintergarden invites you to have a high tea and to relish the beautiful lake view. After a busy day there is nothing like a refreshing beer at the lobby bar.
