Oper Frankfurt presents musical theatre of the highest calibre. Having been named the "Opera House of the Year" in 2003 by the magazine "Opernwelt", Oper Frankfurt had a similar honour bestowed upon it in 2004: a professional survey carried out by the magazine "Die Deutsche Bühne" placed Oper Frankfurt at the very top of Germany's opera houses.
