Dubai, Kempinski Hotel & Residences Palm Jumeirah is excited to welcome our new General Manager, Alessandro Redaelli.

Bringing a little European flair to Dubai's Palm Jumeirah, Alessandro joins the team from Hotel Nikol’skaya Kempinski Moscow, where he oversaw the opening of the hotel as General Manager. He has also had various management experiences in the Middle East for hotels such as Intercontinental and Sheraton, making him aptly suited for his new role.

Alessandro is thrilled to be back in the Middle East, heading up the current Kempinski Hotel on Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. Moreover, he is excited to be overseeing the second phase of the hotel’s expansion which is set to open in the last quarter of 2015. Once open, the exclusive resort will boast a variety of unmatched amenities and services.

Alessandro is an Italian national, he received a Hotel Kitchen and Service Diploma from Bellagio Hotel School, Italy. He went on to also graduate from the Geneva Hotel School with a bachelor’s in Hotel Management & Administration and also completed a management course in Business Administration from SDA Bocconi University, Milan.

In his spare time Alessandro loves to cook and prepare dishes inspired by his roots. He also enjoys playing golf and squash.
